Restylane Defyne Lidocaine is a dermal filler that is designed to remove deep wrinkles in the areas between the nose and the corners of the mouth, known as marionette and nasolabial folds. It is also used for moderate volume reduction and to tighten the skin. With the addition of Lidocaine, a local anaesthetic, injections are more comfortable and less painful. Unlike Restylane Refyne, Restylane Defyne is used for deeper folds, and its unique cross-linking of the gel is designed to support natural expression, giving real-life results that maintain natural movement even when smiling, frowning or puckering up.

Restylane Defyne Lidocaine is based on BT Technology (Balancing Technology), which creates smoother gel texture, allowing for a softer and smoother appearance. This softer texture also ensures even distribution on the skin. Thanks to the added Lidocaine, the injection process is gentle, and the treatment is painless and pleasant.

Restylane Defyne Lidocaine is composed of 20mg/ml Hyaluronic Acid with 0.3% Lidocaine, and it is recommended for use in the mouth area, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. The package comes with 2 x 27G * 1/2″ needles, and it should be stored at a temperature between 2-25°C. The effects of the treatment usually last between 6 to 9 months, and the product does not contain BDDE.
